Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes as your continued use of skinsnneedles.co.uk after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

When registering on our website, you accept and agree that your personal data provided during registration will be sent to our UK database owned by Skins & Needles.  If you do not agree to your data being held in the UK please do not register with us. Once you shop and purchase online at the hofg.co.uk, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions and privacy policy. We may also contact you through email communication unless you opt out accordingly which you may do at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ on your most recent email or by emailing contact@skinsnneedles.co.uk.

Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but will normally be accepted if the goods that you order are available and your credit card is authorised for the transaction. Your card will be charged automatically when you place your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be given.

The contract between us (House of Gentlemen) and you (the customer) becomes binding when we send you an invoice (with your goods). You will own the goods once they have been delivered to the address specified and when we have received cleared payment for the goods in full. Until that time then we will retain title to the goods. We will contact you if there are any problems.

We may contact you through an email before fulfilling the orders above a certain amount. This will only happen when you place a very large order.
